Vicki is Colchester’s Global Head of Human Resources and has been with the firm since October 2020. Vicki’s role encompasses organisational and talent development, performance management, culture, diversity and inclusion, retention strategies, recruitment and employee wellbeing. Prior to joining Colchester, Vicki was Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner for CFA Institute. Vicki also worked at Kroll Consulting, where she held the position of HR Director for the EMEA region. Vicki is a Chartered Member of CIPD and holds a Brain Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
