CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tim is Colchester’s Chief Operating Officer and has been with the firm since May 2005. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across Colchester’s Operations, Dealing, and Performance functions. After graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Tim began his career at ABN Amro Mellon before joining Colchester’s Operations team in 2005. He transitioned to the Dealing team in 2007, and in 2012 relocated to Singapore to support the establishment and growth of Colchester’s Singapore office. Tim returned to London in 2015 and was promoted to Global Head of Dealing in 2018. In February 2026, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
